Welcome to Day 2 of the YOFA jhe Experiment. Thank you to
all who have expressed their gratitude for this project.
I feel very honored to have you participate and I gratefully
receive your well wishes.
I'm already receiving very encouraging messages of
improvement from some of you. I notice the word "lightness"
in some of your reports and I'm delighted to hear that.
The lightness you are feeling is a sign of your increasing
attunement with the Y-axis, the vertical. It means you are
accessing what I like to call the "up-force." This
attunement with the Y-axis is the first step in healing and
I'm thrilled to see evidence of it happening for some of
you.

Today's session went very well and was longer due to the
increasing numbers. Today's alignment session went out to
