For those who have just joined in, don't worry about having
missed sessions. There is nothing for me to send you. There is
no written material. This is purely experiential.

What I do...

I do the sessions on my end and there is nothing for you to do
but watch for results.
I know, it sounds like I'm dong it for you.
The funny thing is, I'm not. You are actually completely in
control of your own healing.
You can think of what I am doing as the energetic counterpart of
a chiropractic adjustment. I am helping you get aligned
energetically so that your life force can flow. Then it is you
who heals.
My work is in service to your life force.

exercises in Session16 of the Practice Section.
